Sexy Exercise

Have you noticed that exercise is getting sexier.   30 years ago aerobics was as sexy as it got and people were aerobicizing to some very unsexy music.  Things like “Jump for my love” by the Pointer Sisters were all the rage.  Now exercise is changing and activities once considered appropriate only for exotic dancers and  erotic webcam models are being considered mainstream workouts.  Pole dancing is a great example of this.  There are classes and videos popping up everywhere to teach women how to pole dance as a part of their work-out.  There are also work-outs based on lap dances and even booty shaking!  This seems like a great way to get in shape because it’s fun and at the same time it helps women to feel sexier about themselves.  And everyone knows a women that feels sexy is much more attractive than one that is uncomfortable with herself.   The bonus for the men who are dating these women is that their wife or girlfriend now has skills that not only help her get in shape, but can be used to spice things up in the bedroom.  After all, what man is going to turn down a lap dance or a strip tease from his girlfriend?  So, if you want to exercise while having fun and learning sexy new things, take a look around your area and see if you can find a pole dancing class or a lap dance class.  And soon not only will you be in better shape, but you will also be able to turn on your partner with the best of them!
